KATE SPADE 2018 Spring window display prop produced by us

Coz the Kate Spade was purchased by Coach last year,so we got the chance to make the window display props for KATE SPADE Spring window display project.
Compared to the window display project of Coach,window display props of KATE SPADE are much easier.This Spring window display project consist of two props,one is big green bow,the other is balloon.
In order to get this order from KATE SPADE,we need to find a solution to reduce the cost of window display props by using cheap material.We need to make sure the finishing of the props we made under KATE SPADE requirement!
Large green bow:
At first,we try to use fiberglass to make this large green bow.But the price of fiberglass prop is very expensive,so fiberglass is not best solution.And then,we try to use plastic-making a aluminum mould.Our production team told us that the cost for aluminum mould could be ten thousands of dollars regarding the size of bow.Finally,our team thought we could use arcylic to make the bow by heat bend method.It is totally handmade,it is expensive,but compare with other options,this is the best solution for this large bow prop.
Balloon:
We have two option for this balloon:1,fiberglass 2,plastic(blister).As i mention on the large green bow,the fiberglass is very expensive,and the mould for blister is expensive too.But luckily,we find the existing mould of balloon which have the close size that KATE SPADE needs.So the price of balloon we offer is much cheaper than other vendor that cooperated with KATE SPADE.
So that is how we get the project of KATE SPADE Spring window display prop projects.
