How to be a good window display supplier

Lots of apparel brands and boutique brands comes from Europe and USA.Every year every season,they need to develop a new window display props to replace the old window display props.Most of them do not purchase directly from Chinese window display suppliers.We have cooperate with some big brands in the world.Below are our experieces i want to share with the suppliers in China.
a:Chinese window display suppliers do not have the design team to design the window display for them.You may say there are lots of window display design companies in China.EU and US design team have a better understanding of brands,so the window display props they design can deliver the spirit of the brand,NOT JUST A PROP.
b:Complicated!Most of the window display props they design are really complicated.It is impossible to make them with just one or two processing technique.The most complicated window display projects we produced contains more than twenty colors,more than five kinds material and it is a moving prop.I think 95% of the suppliers in China could not handle it.
c:Quality control.Most of the suppliers in China do not pay much attention to the quality.So when we place the order to factory in China,we will arrange one colleague to inspect the props.
d:Deliver the props on time.Not matter it is a sample or mass production.Big brand have specific schedule of replacing the old window display.
